When a printer stops, so does your production. RéuniGraph is the Réunion Island company of the Intergraph group, based in Mauritius since 1981. The group has more than 70 employees and covers 17 countries and territories across the Indian Ocean and Africa. We sell, install, maintain and repair printing equipment across the island, from Saint-Denis to Saint-Pierre and from Le Port to Saint-Benoît.
As the official distributor of Mimaki, Epson, Heidelberg, Graphtec and Thunder Laser, and the official representative of EFI VUTEk, we look after the machines we installed and those bought elsewhere, including older models. Preventive maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, large-format printer repair, printhead replacement and colour profiling: one team follows your machine over the years.
Genuine spare parts are ordered through Intergraph in Mauritius, where genuine Heidelberg and Polar parts are also stocked. A local stock of consumables is held in Réunion, and the full range can be delivered from Mauritius. For digital printing, your printer technician is Bruce Maunier; for offset, it is Eric Charreyron.

Troubleshooting and repair
A technician based on Réunion Island diagnoses and repairs on site: error messages, print defects, cutting or media-feed problems. Send us the model and serial number for an initial diagnosis.
Printhead replacement
Clogged nozzles, banding, colours drifting: we check the head, clean it or replace it with a genuine printhead, then redo the adjustments and, where needed, the ICC colour profiles.
Genuine spare parts
Parts are ordered through Intergraph in Mauritius, where Benoit Woo manages spare parts for the group. Genuine Heidelberg and Polar parts are stocked there, for presses and guillotines alike.

My printhead is clogged: what should I do?
Don’t replace it straight away. A RéuniGraph technician first checks the head and tries a cleaning. If it is damaged, we replace it with a genuine printhead and redo the adjustments. Describe the problem and send a photo of a nozzle check to Bruce Maunier on WhatsApp at +262 692 47 44 58.
