A digital cutting table, or flatbed cutter, cuts flat what a roll-fed cutting plotter cannot handle: rigid boards, foam board, PVC, aluminium composite and corrugated cardboard. The material is held down by vacuum and the tool follows your file along the exact outline. It is the machine behind POS display cutting, board cutting for signage and cardboard cutting for packaging, from prototypes to short runs.
RéuniGraph is the official JWEI distributor in Réunion. The SC1625, successor to the CB03II, is an all-round 1.6 × 2.5 m digital cutting table: oscillating knife, V-cut and kiss-cut, on materials up to 50 mm thick and at up to 1,800 mm/s. It cuts foam board, PVC, acrylic, aluminium composite, corrugated cardboard, banners and self-adhesive vinyl.
After cutting comes finishing. As the official distributor of Rollsroller, the Swedish maker, we install the PREMIUM, the original flatbed applicator and, according to the maker, its top-selling model. With an LED-lit table, up to 120 m²/h and seven lengths from 4 to 10.8 m, it handles mounting prints onto boards, laminating and pre-masking. On Réunion Island, one team supports you from cutting to mounting.

Operator training
File preparation, tool choice, vacuum and speed settings: your operators are trained on their own JWEI table or Rollsroller applicator, with their own boards and their own prints.
Maintenance and repair
Our technicians based on the island carry out preventive maintenance and on-site repairs on cutting tables, with genuine parts ordered through Intergraph in Mauritius. We also service machines that are already installed.

A cutting table is chosen by the size of your boards, the thickness of your materials and your production volume. The JWEI SC1625 covers most of what a sign or packaging workshop needs: a 1.6 × 2.5 m cutting area, materials up to 50 mm thick, an oscillating knife, V-cut and kiss-cut. For finishing, the Rollsroller PREMIUM comes in seven lengths, from 4 to 10.8 m, so its size can follow the size of your boards. Cutting plotter or cutting table: what is the difference?
A cutting plotter works from the roll: vinyl, heat-transfer flex, paper. A digital cutting table works flat, on boards and thicker materials, with tools such as an oscillating knife, V-cut or kiss-cut. A flatbed applicator combines a work table with a pressure roller guided on a glide beam. It is used to mount prints onto rigid boards, to laminate and to pre-mask.
