With a UV printer, the ink is cured by LED light as it prints, so prints come off the machine dry and ready to install or deliver. A UV flatbed printer prints directly onto rigid media, a roll-to-roll UV printer handles vinyl and films, and a desktop model brings UV printing to objects. White ink, varnish and raised effects open the door to new products.
As the official Mimaki and EFI VUTEk distributor on Réunion Island, RéuniGraph offers a UV-LED printer for each application: 1.6 m UV print and cut with the UCJV330-160, the JFX220-2515 UV flatbed for rigid media up to 10 cm thick, the UJF-3042MkII EX e for objects up to 15 cm high, and the VUTEk X3r and Q3h XP for industrial superwide production.
Our technicians, based on the island, deliver and install your UV printer, build your ICC colour profiles and train your operators. They then handle maintenance and repairs with genuine parts ordered through Intergraph, the group based in Mauritius since 1981. A local stock of consumables is held in Réunion, and the full range can be delivered from Mauritius.

Installation and training

Which UV printer?
Start with your media.
Choose a UV printer by the media first. Flexible roll media calls for a roll-to-roll machine; rigid boards need a flatbed; for objects, height is what matters. Then look at size and volume: a sign shop, a POS display maker and an industrial printer do not have the same needs. On difficult materials, PR-200 primer improves UV ink adhesion on UJF and JFX family flatbed printers. Not sure which machine fits? Roll-to-roll or flatbed UV printer: what is the difference?
A roll-to-roll UV printer prints on flexible media such as vinyl, films and banners, like the UCJV330-160, which prints and cuts at 1.6 m, or the VUTEk X3r at 3.48 m. What does a primer do on a UV printer?
Mimaki PR-200 primer is applied before the ink to improve UV ink adhesion on difficult materials. It is used on UJF and JFX family flatbed printers, such as the UJF-3042MkII EX e and the JFX220-2515.
